Cytocell FISH probe orders (and related FISH products) in the US and Canada are managed by Sysmex America, Inc. in Lincolnshire, Illinois. The US change in ordering information was effective October 1, 2018, and Canadian orders should be sent to Sysmex starting February 1, 2019. Payment details have also been updated. Please see below for payment address and bank details.
Purchase orders should be issued to Oxford Gene Technology but submitted to Sysmex America, Inc. via email, phone, fax or mail.

Why the change in ordering information?
Oxford Gene Technology (including the Cytocell product line) was purchased by Sysmex Corporation in June of 2017. The update in logistics is a result of this change. Our priority is to make the ordering and fulfilment experience centralized, expedient and efficient for everyone.
Where is the new fulfilment center?
The new Cytocell product fulfilment center is based at the Sysmex America headquarters, in Lincolnshire, IL, just outside of Chicago.
What is the best way to place an order?
Most of our orders come in via email (OGTorders@sysmex.com), but you can also call (1-833-208-4648), fax (1-833-824-6514) or mail your order to: 577 Aptakisic Rd., Lincolnshire, IL 60069. Our ordering hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CDT. Download payment information.
What’s the shipping method?
UPS is the primary shipping provider with FedEx as a secondary provider (when used with the customer’s FedEx account number).
What about my other orders for OGT products?
Only Cytocell products (Cytocell FISH probes and related products for FISH) will have new ordering information. The rest of the OGT products continue to be ordered through your local sales contact. Sales terms and conditions are on our Oxford Gene Technology website.
What are the vendor set up and payment remittance details?
Payment remittance details were updated on October 1, 2018 (and are in effect for Canada from February 1, 2019). If you’d like to give your accounts payable department a summary sheet of the new ordering information and payment details, download the PDF. Can you send me a new OGT-inc W-9 form?
Since OGT Inc is still the vendor, our W-9 form, including Tax ID have not changed.
